Chris Hansen | Managing Partner & Sales Rep

Territory: Northeastern Iowa

Chris attributes his stellar work ethic to growing up on his family’s farm (he now lives on that same farm and works the land when he’s not working his day job). His positivity is contagious and his enthusiasm for meeting new people helps make him excited about each day. He’s been with Adams Sales Group since 2011 and his motto is to get up, show up, shut up (listening is a skill), and follow up.

Fun Fact

An optimistic Iowa State Cyclones fan, Chris went to school during the beginning of Johnny Orr and Hilton Magic. He’s a season ticket-holder and is always looking forward to the next football season.

Mandy Manning | Partner & Sales Rep

Territory: Western & Southern Iowa

Mandy has been an integral part of the Adams Sales Group team since 2004. She loves jumping into new challenges and helping find solutions to problems. Her laser focus and dedication to our clients shines through everything she does. 

Fun Fact

Speaking of new challenges, in 2019, she and her family took a gap year and traveled to Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, Greece, Morocco, Israel, Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, Spain, Portugal, and Croatia!

Josh Morgan | Partner & Sales Representative

Territory: Eastern Iowa, Northern & Western Illinois

Since 2017, Josh has been the territory manager for eastern Iowa and western Illinois. He’s fostered meaningful relationships with both customers and the team thanks to his focus and determination. 

Fun Fact

He spent a semester in college studying in The Netherlands. He’ll tell you that time changed him and has shaped every aspect of his life since.

Tony Canney | Sales Representative

Territory: Western & Southern Minnesota, Western Wisconsin

Tony’s enthusiasm for Adams Sales Group partners and ability to adapt to any situation has served him (and our clients) well. When you work with Tony, you’ll come to fully appreciate his commitment to going above and beyond for your team.

Arnie Klein | Sales Representative

Territory: Nebraska

Arnie has spent well over a decade building strong relationships with our customers and vendors. His expertise and drive to do his best each day has helped maintain these connections. 

Fun Fact

In his off time, when he’s not working hard to answer questions and help customers meet their goals, you can find him cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs or binging “Blue Bloods.”

Derrick Schultz | Sales Representative

Territory: Wisconsin

Derrick joined the team in 2019 after working as a designer for 13 years. Thanks to that background, he truly understands the challenges facing his clients, who appreciate his detailed and thoughtful approach to help make their jobs easier.

Fun Fact

On the weekends, you can usually find him with his wife and kids doing absolutely anything outdoors. He’s no stranger to thrills, either. In fact, he once went skydiving but says jumping out of a perfectly good airplane is not something he’d ever do again.

Dustin Schnurr | Sales Representative

Territory: Central Minnesota & Northwestern Wisconsin

Dustin joined Adams Sales Group in 2021, bringing his attention to detail and passion for doing everything he can to help our partners grow their businesses each day. 

Fun Fact

When he’s not working hard for his partners, Dustin enjoys going to live music events at dive bars and wineries. Some people refer to him as “Dustin Luke” because he’s such a big fan of Luke Combs and Luke Bryan (call him that next time you talk to him). He’s also a grillmaster and even grills his own garlic bread!

Alicia Hogan | Sales Representative

Territory: Kansas

Alicia brought her positive energy to the Adams Sales Group in 2022. She likes being able to meet new people each day and put in the work to make long-lasting relationships with clients and the team. 

Fun Fact

In her off-time, Alicia is a maker. She enjoys building wood furniture, toys, and even cool interactive or motorized Halloween costumes out of cardboard. She also loves to spend time with her kids exploring the outdoors, fishing, hiking, exploring, and traveling to new places.

Kelli DeVries | Sales Representative

Territory: Northeastern Iowa

Sharing the Northeastern Iowa territory with Chris Hansen, Kelli enthusiastically brought her extensive knowledge of the industry to Adams Sales Group and our partners in 2022. She believes that the best customer relationships start with listening.

Fun Fact

Just as she knows that listening is the key to happy business relationships, she feels the same is true in personal relationships. She prides herself on being an excellent listener and says it’s led to her overall happiness and success in work and in life.

Kelly Smith | Sales Representative

Territory: Greater St. Louis Area

Kelly comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Her unique journey meant she’s worn many hats and knows the business inside and out. She thrives in situations where she can help identify opportunities for growth, explore new markets, and creating pathways to success.

Fun Fact

When she’s not working, you can find Kelly at the Lake of the Ozarks on the weekends or watching her youngest daughter play soccer year-round. Before her career in construction, she served in hte Navy and those experiences continue to shape her professional endeavors. Discipline, teamwork, and resilience are values she carries with her daily.

Derek Batker | Sales Representative

Territory: Northern Illinois

In 2024, Derek joined the Adams Sales Team, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in cabinetry design and sales. His passion for the industry is matched only by his passion for ensuring each customer is matched with the right products. Derek’s commitment to his work is a direct result of the genuine love he has for what he does.

Fun Fact

Derek is a dedicated father who cherishes each moment with his family. He finds solace in spending time outdoors, including playing sports, exploring nature, or nurturing his garden.

Stacey Spangler | Rep Support Specialist

Stacey started with ASG in 2021 and thoroughly enjoys assisting in communication and supporting operations. Most of all, she appreciates the great group of people she gets to work with; the ASG team and our customers.

Fun Fact

Her unique skill sets include: being able to quote every episode of “Friends” and her ability to continually have her heart broken by the Dallas Cowboys yet still show up year after year with naïve, optimistic enthusiasm. In her free time, she moonlights as an unpaid Uber driver for her four kids and sporadically scribbles down enough thoughts and sentences to eventually turn into published novels.

Kevin Leavitt | 2020 Design Team Specialist

Kevin brings his sales experience, clear communication, exceptional service, and ability to think outside the box to his role in design support for the Adams Sales Group team. 

Danielle Howard | Support Specialist

Danielle brings her organizational skills and attention to detail to the support team, helping to bridge gaps and create a seamless experience for her teammates.

Fun Fact

As a dedicated wife and mother of four vibrant children who keep her on her toes with their love for sports and hunting adventures, Danielle knows a lot about managing chaos! She finds joy in being an active member of her church and community, cheering on her kids at the ball fields, and soaking up the sun on a beach. Spending time with her family, making memories, and enjoying the ride with her lively crew are what she values most.

Miquel Lewis | Dedicated Rep Support Specialist

Territory: Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois

Miquel works exclusively in Josh Morgan’s territory as a dedicated rep support specialist and brings over 13 years of experience. Originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Miquel’s passion for design and the building industry led her to an interior design degree. Her career began in contractor sales, where she honed her skills in a variety of projects, from roofing and siding to millwork and flooring. She later moved into kitchen and bath design, where she thrived thanks to her talent for turning a vision into reality and her keen eye for detail. All of this, coupled with her impressive project management skills, allows her to navigate each phase with ease, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
